While I am going to give the DRN-XM01 a below-average review, I must say that I have been ecstatic over my XM radio - it's a great concept, a great music service, and the DRN-XM01 has been part of the technology that contributed to my enjoyment.

Noisy fan, hard-to-use rotary dial, awkward to mount, and unit hangs.

The DRN-XM01 was one of two units available when XM radio first came out, and a good radio at that time, but there are better units available now.
