If your install calls for an old-school round subwoofer, then KICKER's got your weapon! The entirely new CompVX series takes all the hard-hitting technology from KICKER's award winning Solo-Baric L7 subs and applies it to a traditional round driver. The one-piece composite cone, called SoloKon™, incorporates a continuous-contact rear cone brace for ultra-tight bass. The radical BAM (Basket and Motor Assembly) features a cast aluminum basket with louvered design and perimeter venting for maximum power handling and heat dissipation. Other features borrowed from the Solo-Baric L7 series include progressive roll poly-cotton spider, polycarbonate trim ring and terminal shroud, and chrome-plated back plate. All models have dual voice coils for ultimate wiring flexibility: 2-ohm DVC models let you run at 1 or 4 ohms, 4-ohm DVC models allow 2-ohm or 8-ohm operation.
