ConsumerREVIEW.com Names New CEO
SUNNYVALE, Calif., - June 28, 2001 ConsumerREVIEW.com, the leading,
trusted source for consumer product information on the Web, today
announced that Paul Wassem has been named Chief Executive Officer
and President. Mr. Wassem replaces Max Mancini, who has stepped
down. In his new role, Wassem will manage day-to-day operations
and oversee the strategic direction and growth of the company.

Wassem has more than 13 years experience in business management,
operations, sales, technology, and finance. He joined ConsumerREVIEW.com
in June 2000 as a member of the business development team. He was
instrumental in forging key business development relationships with
companies such as eBay, Sprint PCS and PCWorld.com. Before joining
ConsumerREVIEW.com, Wassem was vice president and general manager
of GSS, Inc., a start-up staffing firm. Prior to GSS, Inc., Wassem
held a management position at Buyers Edge, an online marketplace
backed by CMGI @ Ventures. Previously, Wassem held a management
position at Borg-Warner Security Corporation where he spent more
than 8 years of his career. While at Borg-Warner, he managed sales,
business development, training and operations. Wassem is an avid
mountain biker and has raced cross-country on Team Bike Line in
Utah. He studied business management at the University of Phoenix.
